SETTIMANA VENEZIANA
November 16th - 23rd, 2025
Experience Venice like never before on Settimana Veneziana, a week-long journey crafted for those who crave history and authenticity with a touch of luxury. With exclusive access to iconic sites and hidden corners, expert guides to illuminate the city’s past, and personal attention from travel curator Courtney Fleming-Italia, this intimate small group trip ensures a rich and immersive experience.
Our Ethos

Settimana Veneziana is a culmination of decades spent in Venice building relationships with locals and developing knowledge about Venetian culture. Venice is a city often ravaged by tourism, misunderstood and under-appreciated by its huge influx of day-trippers. This trip seeks to reinvigorate the city with mindful, slow, and sustainable tourism - encouraging travellers to learn and take inspiration not just from the city's beauty and history, but from its imaginative and resilient residents. Every activity, experience, and tour in Settimana Veneziana is led by Venetians, ensuring your money goes directly towards supporting local businesses, artisans, and experts. In addition, a portion of our proceeds will be donated to Venetian charities hand-selected by our Venetian partners and friends.

Essential Information
Price & Payments
The trip price of €4,850 per person includes your accommodation, all activities, talks, and excursions, and a range of incredible dining & drinking experiences. Click here for a detailed breakdown of inclusions. Our pricing is in EUR but you can pay the equivalent amount in your home currency, and our payment platform will give you the latest exchange rate.
The cost is split over four payments, including a booking deposit followed by three payments at 90, 60, and 30 days before the trip start date. See our T&C's for full info!
Dates & Duration
We'll spend seven enchanting evenings in Venice, from November 16th - 23rd, 2025. The winter season sees far fewer crowds, so we'll be able to explore with ease and relax into the city's charms.
Dietary Needs
Authentic Venetian cuisine is a highlight of our trip, and we kindly ask our participants to embrace the spirit of culinary adventure. Our carefully curated dining experiences are designed around the traditional flavours and heritage of Venetian cooking. If you are vegetarian or have a gluten or dairy intolerance, we are happy to provide you with alternative options in nearly all instances. While you may miss out on a tasting or two, you will not go hungry.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate those with serious allergies or other restrictive diets. If you're unsure or have any questions, we're happy to chat! Click the link below to send us an email or schedule a free call.
Activity Level
While we've made every effort to maintain a relaxing pace for this trip, Venice requires a good deal of walking including a number of bridges with steps. As such, there are moderate physical demands, and this trip is unfortunately not suitable for individuals with limited mobility. We will walk an average of 10,000 steps per day, but will also enjoy plenty of relaxing boat trips!
Group Size
This intimate small group trip will have between four and six guests in total, ensuring an exclusive experience and allowing us to visit even the cosiest wine bars and artisan workshops.
Weather
From pure sunshine to a thick cloak of fog, November in Venice can be unpredictable. Expect variations in temperature across the week. We'll be sure to provide packing suggestions nearer to the time of departure to ensure you are comfortable and prepared!
Room Occupancy
Nobody likes to share a room with a stranger, which is why we've priced the trip based on each guest having their own spacious room. If you are traveling solo, you can proceed as normal and rest assured you'll have a private room. No single supplements here!
Traveling with a friend or partner? No problem! There are two rooms which are suitable for double occupancy. If you are booking as a pair, we offer a one-off discount of €60 per room per night (€420 total). We can deduct this from one person's fees or split it to provide a €210 discount each if you're traveling together but paying separately.
